Bani Cheema is a dynamic social entrepreneur dedicated to creating significant impact in both her local and international communities. With a Master’s degree in Global Health and Development from the University of San Francisco, she expertly navigates the complexities of social impact work, dividing her time between India and the United States. In 2025, she founded Seeding (consultseeding.com), a platform designed to assist non-profits, companies, and individuals in enhancing their social impact initiatives. Her collaborative spirit is further showcased through The Common Table in India, an initiative she co-founded to promote cross sector collaboration in development. Beyond development work, Bani co-owns NABOBS, a food and beverage venture in Chandigarh, and manages the Cheema Trust (cheematrust.org), her family’s foundation focusing on health, education, and empowering women in agriculture. Her international experience, entrepreneurial drive, and cultural adaptability allow her to bridge diverse communities effectively. Grounded in her values of family and service, Bani masterfully balances her multifaceted roles while maintaining a deep commitment to community and spiritual growth.

Geetanjali Gupta

Finance Professional Global Experience in the U.S. & U.K

Geetanjali Gupta is a finance professional with over a decade of international experience across the U.S., U.K., and Europe. A graduate in Accounting & Finance from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, she also qualified as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the U.S. Her career spans leading roles at Liberty Mutual (USA) and Credit Suisse (London), where she built strong expertise in finance and global markets. Grounded in her values of service and community, Geetanjali leads women’s empowerment initiatives at the Sardarni Kartar Kaur Charitable Trust, which provides free tailoring and stitching programs to the underprivileged women. She is also the founder of Silai Wilai, a clothing brand that transforms these skills into sustainable livelihoods. In addition, she is the co-founder of The Common Table, a social impact incubator that connects NGOs, businesses, and communities to foster collaboration and systemic change. Alongside her ventures, she actively manages her own investments and is passionate about financial literacy, guiding students to understand money, markets, and smart financial choices early in life.
